All of our products are custom made to your specifications. We can create medallions, borders and accents in any size that will best suit your space.
The standard stone medallion thickness is 3/8″. This thickness matches most porcelain tile.
Medallions are built-to-order and require approximately 6-8 weeks for delivery.
we are receiving higher then usual demand for our products. We are doing our very best to meet the 6-8 weeks delivery period, but some delays are possible. If you cannot have any delays, please give us a call so we can discuss your project timelines. We do our best to get your orders finished in a timely manner without effecting the quality.
Please keep in mind that custom orders may take longer to complete. The actual production lead time for custom orders starts after Artistic Medallions receives written approval of the design drawing.

Credit Card payment options are American Express, Discovery, Visa, and Master Card. Accepted also money orders, personal or business checks (allow 5 to 7 days to clear the payment), bank wire.
We offer free shipping for standard medallions purchased at full price via standard FedEx Ground service in the continental USA. Medallions up to 36″ are shipped by FedEx Ground, fully Insured with Signature Confirmation. Medallions are packed in heavy-duty cardboard boxes with shrink wrap and foam protectors inside.
For large medallions, we use the nation’s largest LTL carriers. Shipping is fully insured and trackable. Large medallions are packed in specially built crates to protect them in transit.
LTL service is considered “curbside delivery.” Meaning the truck will only go to the end of your driveway. Lift Gate service is included for large stone medallions. Inside-delivery may be requested for an additional charge. We include Notification Service, so the carrier will call ahead to make an appointment for delivery.

Yes, we are happy to quote custom designs. Once you have an idea from one of our collections or from your own images contact us. The price is based on the time needed to draw the design and to cut and manufacture the design, as well as the size and stone specified. A deposit will be requested to create color renderings for your approval. When the inlays are complete, we lay them out in our shop to ensure fit on the job site. When the product arrives to you it will be ready to install by your own qualified stone installer.
Your local stone installer can install our product. The method of installation is exactly the same as stone of comparable size (with thinset, medium thinset, mud bed, etc.). The only difference is that we require that the inlays are dry-fit in the room to ensure correct placement.
Installation commences by picking up portions of the inlays and setting them up to the dry fit pieces. Our sub-assembled sections are pre-grouted and we include the matching grout for the inlays.
If you have the field material already chosen, you can provide us with the necessary quantity of the matching material to incorporate into any project.We can also provide the field material. The field material can be stone tile or porcelain tile.
Natural stone is a product of nature and varies in color, veining and shading from tile to tile. This is part of the beauty of using natural stone and is what makes your natural stone floor unique. Consequently, the natural stone product images you see on this website will vary from the actual product we create. Please note that on-screen colors are not necessarily precise representations of actual product colors due to variance in monitor calibrations.
