We offer free shipping for standard medallions purchased at full price via standard FedEx Ground service in the continental USA. Medallions up to 36″ are shipped by FedEx Ground, fully Insured with Signature Confirmation. Medallions are packed in heavy-duty cardboard boxes with shrink wrap and foam protectors inside.

For large medallions, we use the nation’s largest LTL carriers. Shipping is fully insured and trackable.  Large medallions are packed in specially built crates to protect them in transit.

LTL service is considered “curbside delivery.” Meaning the truck will only go to the end of your driveway. Lift Gate service is included for large stone medallions. Inside-delivery may be requested for an additional charge. We include Notification Service, so the carrier will call ahead to make an appointment for delivery.

Yes, we are happy to quote custom designs. Once you have an idea from one of our collections or from your own images contact us. The price is based on the time needed to draw the design and to cut and manufacture the design, as well as the size and stone specified. A deposit will be requested to create color renderings for your approval. When the inlays are complete, we lay them out in our shop to ensure fit on the job site. When the product arrives to you it will be ready to install by your own qualified stone installer.

Your local stone installer can install our product. The method of installation is exactly the same as stone of comparable size (with thinset, medium thinset, mud bed, etc.). The only difference is that we require that the inlays are dry-fit in the room to ensure correct placement.

Installation commences by picking up portions of the inlays and setting them up to the dry fit pieces. Our sub-assembled sections are pre-grouted and we include the matching grout for the inlays. 

If you have the field material already chosen, you can provide us with the necessary quantity of the matching material to incorporate into any project.We can also provide the field material. The field material can be stone tile or porcelain tile.
